Before contacting support, we recommend checking our frequently asked questions, where you can find quick solutions to the most common issues:
To create an account, simply click the «Create Account» button on the homepage and follow the steps to enter your information. If you already have an account, you can log in directly.
If you forgot your password, go to the login page and click on «Forgot your password?». If you confirmed the recovery email you set when creating your account, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you did not confirm your email, you can contact us, and we will assist you in confirming the email and resetting your password.
Please note that if you had Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, it will be disabled.
Once logged in to your account, go to the profile page and select Security. There is a section called Set up MFA; click on it and follow the steps that appear on the screen.
To update your billing information or payment method, go to the «Billing» section in the top menu, select the billing profile you want to edit, and make the necessary changes.
If the application isn’t loading, try the following:
- Refresh the page or close and reopen your browser.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Try using a different browser or device. If the issue persists, please contact us.
